FLINT, MI -- The U.S. Court of Appeals in Cincinnati has denied requests to delay certain depositions of former Gov. Rick Snyder and ex-state Treasurer Andy Dillon in lawsuits related to the Flint water crisis.
In an opinion filed Tuesday, June 2, the court denied a request from Snyder and Dillon for a stay of depositions tied to claims against other defendants and dismissed for lack of jurisdiction the pair’s appeal of the denial of a protective order they sought in U.S. District Court.
